I was born in winter (January 1) and Chistmas is one my favorite time of the year, so we’re going to share lots of delicious, plant-based recipes for the holidays and also a Christmas gift guide for you guys. Everybody loves balls and truffles, they’re so easy to make, tastes amazing and can be a nice present. I love food so much, so I’m so happy when someone prepares something delicious for me with all her or his love.

But you don’t have to make these coconut snowballs only for Christmas, they’re a super tasty dessert or snack for any time of the year. The’re perfect for athletes, students or people who want something sweet made with natural ingredients: shredded coconut, almond flour and maple or agave syrup, that’s all! And they’re ready in 15 minutes. You really NEED to try them!

NO BAKE COCONUT SNOWBALLS (3 INGREDIENTS!)

No Bake Coconut Snowballs (3 Ingredients!) - No bake coconut snowballs. They're the perfect dessert or snack for athletes, students and people who want something sweet made with 3 natural ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 and 1/4 cup shredded coconut (95 g)
  • 1/3 cup almond flour (35 g)
  • 1/4 cup maple or agave syrup (80 g)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add 1 cup of shredded coconut (75 g), almond flour and maple or agave syrup to a food processor and blend until well combined.
  2. Make balls with your hands. We made 10.
  3. Finally, roll the balls in some shredded coconut (about 1/4 cup or 20 g).
  4. Keep the coconut snowballs in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.

NOTES

  • If the dough is too dry, add more syrup and if it’s too watery, add more shredded coconut or almond flour.
  • Feel free to use store-bought almond flour or blend raw almonds in a food processor or powerful blender.
  • I’ve only made this recipe using maple or agave syrup, but I think any syrup will do.
